Achievements:

  • Research: Co-Principal Investigator, Crafting Democratic Futures Project, Mellon Foundation and The Center for Social Solutions at the University of Michigan (2021-Present)
  • Research: $275,000 grant award; Multi-site study examining reparative solutions for historic racism and discrimination. Community-based, narrative research study exploring race-related narratives and self -defining memories in older adults and high school students. (2022-Present)
  • Interim Senior Vice President for Institutional Equity and Inclusion, Connecticut College (March 2023–June 2024)
  • Director of Faculty Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Connecticut College (2022–2023)
  • Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award (2015): Psychology Section, Department of Psychiatry, Yale University School of Medicine.
