Achievements:

  • MA International Education, SIT Graduate Institute
  • Presented graduate research (“Integrating Education Abroad: Fostering Critical Reflexivity in Students”) in a poster presentation at the AAC&U Virtual Global Learning Conference, and to NAFSA Region XI and Boston Area Study Abroad Association in their International Higher Education Research Panel.
  • Implemented ePortfolios, a high-impact reflective platform, into the CISLA curriculum.
  • Developed a new seminar for CISLA juniors in collaboration with the CISLA associate faculty director.
  • Developed new global initiatives in partnership with Walter Commons colleagues, including robust pre-departure programming for all students studying/interning abroad, the Bessel Fellowship (international internship program focused on sustainable development goals); intercultural curriculum for the Global Covid Project; and the Global Focus summer program for high school students.
  • Facilitated the placement of over 150 students in international internships, partnering with over 150 international organizations to host our students.
  • Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)
